Sore throat, curling up with a book & Doug fir fire cider. (And maybe a silly movie to boot.)
Over chaga chai, I'm catching up on some DVDs sent by an old FL country herbalist a/b a 40 acre hardwood forest he planted-his life's work.
Went for a run, gathered hawthorn/alder/cascara leaves & got trapped in a thunderstorm. Sped home on my wet, squeaky lil blue bike.
Today was rough. Jet lagged, grumpy. Stagnant & angry-classic fussy liver.
