I generally like to add Epsom salts as well as one of my hydrosols to the bath. Cottonwood, Doug fir, red cedar, these are my favorites, peppermint is super stimulating and nice, lavender of coarse... Adding hydrosols to your bath are amazing....... ]]></description>
